I don't have an ideal answer but I will have an answer that produces sense in my experience here's why...
I started out having an ambition to skip packaged baby food as a whole and be the trooper mom who feeds her child fresh, pureed veggies and fruits. When we dived deeper in the weeks of solids, I noticed how unrealistic this goal is, in my opinion. We started buying organic pouches mostly by Plum, Sprout and Ella's. I, obviously, loved but still love how convenient they are. Unscrew the cap, squeeze and serve, awesome!
I probably looked over the ingredients of those pouches (which i bought) and to boost the comfort there's nothing scary added to them. They certainly retain the foods that they can claim to contain aside from if they state "beans" and incredibly there may be bean flour included or rice as soon as again they have got added rice flour for the mix. So to conclude, Personally i think that pouches really should be utilized as a copy and real food will happen first. That's my own opinion and also the "dietitian in me" opinion.
